Here’s another new collection from MAC called Starflash. Wow, there’s so many collections! MAC Cosmetics has come out with 12 new limited edition Starflash shadows, Plush Lash mascara and Kohl Power Eye Pencil. The colors ranges from blues, purples, and grays. All intense rich colors that are smooth, and creamy. This hot collection should be out in August 2008.

What colors…..What beauty! The colors are fabulous. It should be interesting to try on.

So, I tested out a new product from Clinique called Long Last Glosswear w/SPF 15 which states that the lipgloss juices up your lips for 8 hours. Now, I came across a lot of products that make promises such as this one and they don’t deliver. Since I do wear Clinique and so does my friends and family, I decided to take on the challenge and try it on myself. So this weekend, I went to a clinique counter and tested a sample on my lips. Now, if it actually stayed on for 8 hours, I would buy it. If NOT, I would be very, very disappointed because I like Clinique and most of their products.

The results:

Well, first off let me say that I’ve always been a fan of Clinique and I was quite impressed with this gloss. It didn’t stay on for 8 hours like it said; however, it stayed on my lips for 6 hours which is still pretty long. I’ve never had a lipgloss that stayed on for that long, so I decided to buy the product anyway. I would give this product a 4 out of 5 only because it didn’t stay on as long as it said it would but it’s still one gloss I would recommend. They have over 18 shades too from sheer to pigmented! Sunset is my favorite. Price: $14

Here’s a new treatment kit I came across this past weekend. It’s a new hair treatment that is ideal for thinning, fine, weak or dry, damaged hair.
