BET Awards was a star-studded event yesterday celebrating black entertainment with a special tribute to the legendary pop icon Michael Jackson. With only a few days to add MJ’s tribute, I think they could have done a better job honoring Michael Jackson and his talents but it’s the thought that counts. For those of you that missed it, don’t worry because I have a feeling that they will continue to show the BET Awards show throughout the summer. Now on to the red carpet. There surely was some great looks. Who hit the mark and who wasn’t even close?

Alicia Keyes sparkled in this aqua blue sheer dress. Love the sexy curls and the makeup is exquisite. The sandals compliments the look. Congrats on the Humanitarian award!
Ms. Beyonce. All I can say is that you are looking FIERCE in this mini dress. Gorgeous trim with beautiful sparkles. Loose waves at its best. You rocked in!
Diddy looking quite sexy yet chic as always. He never disapppoints me.
This dress on Keri Hilson would be my favorite look. I love the colors and the different prints on the dress. It’s flashy, eye-catching, and overall just a fun dress. She kept it simple with the black shoes which is great idea to not lose focus on the dress. The hair is a bold and edgy but I like it.
Zoe Saldana looks gorgeous is this asymmetrical white dress. The one thing I didn’t like was the cut in the front of the dress. It’s a little too high but besides that she looked great and I love the gray heels.

I’ve been a fan of Shu Uemura Cleansing oil for a while now because it keeps the skin well balance while removing away makeup and dirt. I questioned using this product in the beginning because I have oily skin and I thought the cleansing oil would only exacerbate the problem. That couldn’t be furthest from the truth! It helped my skin by removing excess oil and it even help keep my acne under control. I have always been a sucker for designers that collaborates and my favorite collaboration at the moment will be coming this fall. Jimmy Choo will be arriving at all 200 H&M stores starting November 14th. This news has been spreading like wildfire across the fashion sites and I thought I should share this with you since it is going to be a hot new addition to H&M. The collection will feature shoes, handbags, and accessories for men and women.

I’ve been talking a lot about perfumes lately because I love to encounter new scents that have a delightful aroma. I recently discovered my love for perfume oils because they are far more sophisticated and leaves a long-lasting scent. Since it contains NO alcohol, the scent can last for hours, it’s less irritant, doesn’t dries the skin, and it has a longer shelf life. I’m talking years! If you’ve never tried perfume oils, than let me share with you 6 perfume oils that I love and smells heavenly.
- The Body Shop Vanilla Perfume Oil- I have a soft spot for vanilla scents and the first time I took a whiff of this oil, it was too irresistible to put down. Very warm and sweet scent.
