Fashion Night Out is going to be the biggest fashion event that every fashionista would not dream of missing and Chanel is celebrating with a limited-edition makeup line called the Soho Story Collection. The collection is inspired by Chanel’s newly, redesigned Soho Boutique and its contrasting spirit. Chanel’s Global Creative Director of Makeup, Peter Philips says, ”For me, Soho is a place where bohemian ideals meet the toughness of the city.” “I had a specific girl in mind, who is both hard and soft. This is a very special kind of New York woman. She is innocent, but she has a steely determination that fuels the city.”
The collection mixes flirty pink shades and neutrals with metallics and shadowy shades. It includes:
- The Soho de Chanel Palette ($65)- eye shadow compact with four velvety shades
- The Quadra Eye Shadow Palette ($56)- in Stupendous (beige, brown, prune and steel)
- Le Vernis Nail Lacquers ($23)- Strong and Steel
- Rouge Coco Lip Color ($30)- in Stunning, a pink-beige shade
- Glossimer ($27)- in Star, a shimmery pink shade
- Rouge Allure Lacquer ($32)- in Stunt, a soft mauve (Not shown above)
