When I received a packaged filled with L’Oreal products from Total Beauty, my eyes were pinned to L’Oreal Hip High Intensity Pigments Color Presso lip gloss. I’m a lip gloss fiend so I was very excited to test the new gloss.
The package came in two colors: Trendy and Swanky. They are both great glosses but I keep Swanky in by purse. The glosses give great moisture and shine. It’s not too sticky and adds a hint of shimmer. Being in two separate compartments, you can custom blend your desired shade which I think is pretty cool. There is one flaw to this gloss..
It claims that the gloss has high intensity pigments but I didn’t see it. There’s barely any color and it’s more sheer. I was expecting more color but it didn’t deliver. Not a gloss I would choose if I want a hint of color. Rate 3/5.
L’Oreal Hip High Intensity Pigments Kohl Eyeliners was next up for testing. The loose-powder kohl eyeliner has very rich and shimmering shades however I am not thrilled about this eye liner. After testing the gold and navy shades I realized that though the colors were gorgeous, the application was a nightmare. The thin wand doesn’t glide on smoothly and it was a little messy.There’s no need to put in so much work to apply eyeliner. It’s definitely not smudge-proof. I think this product would be perfect for a smokey eye and not a clean look. Rate: 1/5. NAY!!
Both products are priced at $13 and overpriced so… save your money!

I went on a HIP spree and bought all sorts of colors and shadows. I probably used them once and they are just sitting in a box in my drawer. I don't know, kind of overrated. However, I will say..Loreal Telescopics Precision Liquid Eyeliner is ON POINT. Worth every penny.
