Cat Eyes makeup is the must-have look this fall and is amongst my favorite beauty trends this season. The cat eye makeup look is very glamourous, dramatic, yet very tricky to create. The look takes time, accuracy, and a bit of precision. I’m going to show you how to get the cat eye makeup look by including several needed makeup products.
Cat Eye Makeup Tutorial
1. Use an eye primer to make sure your eye look stays in place and last. One of my favorites is Urban Decay Primer Potion. It’s the best! Retail $17.
2. Sweep a neutral shade on your eyelids. Pick something that is close to your skin tone. I use Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow Palette in Earth Reflection. Highlight your brow bone with a slightly lighter shade from the palette.
3. Using a small lash liner brush like Bare Escentuals Buxom Lash Liner Brush trace a thin line across the upper lash line and wing it out at the end with Thierry Mugler Eyesculpt in Black. For the lower lash line, use Bare Escentuals Insider Eyeliner in Onyx.
4. Finish the cat look with a dark mascara like Chanel Inimitable Waterproof in Black.
