NARS Cosmetics introduces its Pure Matte Lipstick Collection tomorrow, September 1st. The campaign features Canadian model Heather Marks and is photographed by the Creative Director and Founder- Francois Nars. Under his direction, makeup artist Diane Kendal created a makeup look that emphasized a bold and matte lip. The end result…audacious, sultry and sophisticated.
