Green is the new black for healthy hair. Today’s consumers look for shampoos and conditioners, with great performance, effectiveness and natural fragrances. With key ingredients that are sulfate-free and silicone -free, one can truly create beautiful hair from organic products. Here are 5 organic hair care products for natural hair.
1. Louise Galvin’s Sacred Locks- Designed by internationally renowned Colorist Louise Galvin. She delivers what women want which is movement, moisture, and shine. All of her products are exceptionally effective and contains no parabens, silicone, sulphates, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrance and polymers.

2. LUSH Jasmin & Henna Fluff-Eaze Hair Treatment- I’ve always been a fan of LUSH Cosmetics. Their soaps, lotions, and haircare all contains natural and organic ingredients. LUSH Jasmin & Henna Fluff-Eaze Hair Treatment is a popular product right now that moisturizes dry, fluffy hair leaving it shiny, smooth, and gorgeous. It nourishes from root to tip and tames out-of-control hair. This is one of my favorites at the moment.

3. Pureology Hydrate to Make a Difference Set- Known for delivering superb results on hair. The hair care line hydrates and conditions with even the driest of hair. What I love most about this line is how much they promote sustainability. Pureology is now promoting limited-edition “Hydrate to Make a Difference “set which includes Hydrate shampoo, Hydrate conditioner, a travel-size Root Lift Spray Mousse in a complimentary eco-tote made from recycled products.

4. Saaf Organic Enriching Hair Oil- Perfect for dry scalp sufferers. This hair oil promises to condition, strengthen, and shine while getting rid of split ends and dandruff in one go. Sounds like a magic potion. It indeed is and this eco-friendly elixir can be used for daily use or twice a week for the ultimate conditioning.

5. Hamadi Honey Soymilk Hair Wash- This volumizing shampoo is perfect for limp and lifeless hair. It’s infused with essential oils of ylang-ylang and guaiac, with honey to add texture and soy milk to nourish your tresses. It’s a great organic line and your hair will stay happy!

I love Organix products at the moment (which I get at Target or Wal-Mart)… I alternate between two different kinds of their shampoo/conditioner, so my hair doesn't get build up….

Truly the organic thing already spread all over the beauty industry and not only in food. Hoping the importance of organic items will extend up to the hilly hills of every community. By the way, these products are an awesome find for those who can afford.

Where are the certifications to ensure these products are REALLY organic? There is too much hype and not enough proof in this industry!!!Read labels and be suspicious of ingredients you can't pronounce. If there is no certificate by third party, independent governing body then it is likely these products are NOT organic, but misleading consumers by unsubstantiated claims.
