What can I tell you about my hair?
Well, most of the time I like to keep my hair straight but, everyone once in a while I like to leave it in curls. In fact, back in college my hair was always in curls. Curls added volume which I loved, so I became obsessed with the upkeep. Yes, there’s a lot maintenance with curly hair. Dealing with it can be time consuming and I can recall several nights where I slept on my stomach because I wanted to make sure my curls stayed flawless for class the next morning. Let’s just say I had a love/hate relationship with my hair in the beginning. It wasn’t easy but it was worth it because I loved them and still do til’ this day.
So there you have it. My curl confession. And now…..
It’s time to share yours!
I’m excited to announce that over the next few months, I’ll be working with Paul Mitchell on the launch of their Truth About Curls Campaign- a celebration of the relationship people have with their curly hair. Paul Mitchell has created a Facebook app all about their new Curly Hair product line, and readers can go there to share their “Curls Confession” on the Paul Mitchell Facebook page.
Share your Story
The new products won’t be available for purchase until October, but in the meantime, you can head over to the Truth About Curls Facebook app and submit your own “Curl Confession.” You can also tweet your curl story using the hashtag #CurlConfession.
Disclosure: This post is brought to you by Paul Mitchell.
