You may have noticed your tummy getting bigger but you are too lazy to go jogging around the track or spend half an hour on a treadmill. Here are some ways that you can reduce your waist size! Have fun and you will for sure enjoy these three exercises.

Bicycle Exercise

The Bicycle is one of the most effective waist slimming exercises. It targets the abdominal muscles and your obliques for a lean sexy stomach. To start, lie down on the floor or a mat face up while placing your hands behind your head. Bring you knees towards your chest while lifting your shoulder blades off the floor. Bring your right elbow towards your left knee while keeping the other leg straight. Switch sides so this time you’ll bring your left elbow to your right knee. It’s like a pedaling motion. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.

Incline Walk

This is definitely a must try. It builds up huge deficit in oxygen that helps our body lose belly fat and turn it into energy. You can do this with the help of a treadmill. Set it to an inclination of around ten to fifteen degrees then, walk on it for around twenty minutes a day. Inclining your treadmill is more effective than walking or jogging on a flat surface and the time spent is far less to get an effective workout.

Vacuum Pose

The last one of the waist exercises you may want to learn is the vacuum pose, a direct ab exercise. This is actually the best of the waist exercises you can do to eliminate your belly and have a beautiful figure. You can definitely cut off around two to three inches of your waist in three weeks or so by performing this exercise.

So, what you’re gonna do first is suck your belly button in until you feel like your belly button is touching the spine. Make sure you suck your belly button in and not the upper portion of your tummy. Hold this position for half a minute or so. Rest, then do it again. If you do this for around five minutes daily, you will see a dramatic effect around your waist.
