It has a low-shine finish and is not overly glossy. Many celebrities has been seen sporting this look including the ever so trendy Gwen Stefani during her tour with No Doubt. Other celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Rachel Zoe are wearing this trend too adding their own twist to it.
