New Online Sample Site SWIRL by Daily Candy

Daily Candy is my go to email newsletter to read up on beauty, fashion, and stay updated on what’s happenin’ in Los Angeles. It’s been around for a long time and now they are launching a new online sample site called Swirl that will compete with other well-known companies such as Ideeli, Rue La La, and Gilt Groupe. Swirl is an awful service. I tried purchasing there a few months ago. My purchase went through, and they email me a week later saying they made a mistake and they actually didn't have the product. That's fine... they gave me a $10 credit which I tried to use a couple months later and they refused to apply it to my order because their systems weren't updated with the credit. More than 2 months to update their system??? Their customer service was poor to respond and rude. They gave me a $15 *future* credit (instead of the original $10 they promised). Future? I'll never order from there again!! Gilt Groupe and HauteLook.com are much much better. I highly recommend those sites.
