I wanted to share with you some beauty tips that I found on the news yesterday. I was watching Good Day LA morning news and on the Style File section, beauty and health food expert, Kimberly Snyder gave some great tips and recipes on how to eat your way to beautiful skin. I was so impressed by some of her recipes that I decided to share them with you. She also mentioned her beauty product Essential Beauty, which keeps your skin looking young. It’s also a favorite for many celebrities. If I get the chance to try this product, I will definitely put up a review but for now, take a look at the two video clips of Kim Snyder’s beauty tips.

I’ve come across several facial scrubs that cost an arm and a leg but it deliver great results which I expect since I’m pouring out twice as much than I would like to pay. So what do I consider great results? Well.. a skincare facial scrub that can deep cleanse my pores and can successfully remove dead skin cells to reveal smooth and soft skin. Is it possible to find a facial or body scrub that can give me smooth and healthy skin on a much smaller budget? Yes, it’s possible with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. If you’re on a budget this is your best bet because it works just as well as the more expensive skincare products I’ve come across.

Well this is an obvious one, so why do we still consume massive amounts of beverages daily? Truth is, if your skin looks tired, so do you. Dehydration can slow down your workouts so make sure to take a bottle of water with you when heading to the gym.

Why spend a $1 on a 16oz or 20oz soda when you can buy a gallon of water for the same price. It’s a healthier and cheaper solution. It’s also been said that tap water is just as clean and safe as bottled water so go buy a filter for your kitchen sink and enjoy drinking free water from home.
