Benefit has launched a new toner which smoothes out your complexion, and gives your skin luminosity. It hydrates, revitalizes the skin leaving it soft and smooth in seconds. Benefit’s new toner is only sold in Asia until now. That’s right! The San Francisco based company is now allowing consumers to secretly buy the Benefit Woman Seeking Toner at the online website. So if you want to check out the new toner, it won’t be available in stores. Sorry guys.
