Blake Lively stopped by the Today show this morning wearing a blue, floral-embroidered Tibi dress from the spring 2011 collection. It’s such a cute dress and I love how she added a pair of leopard-print Charlotte Olympia pumps to let the dress be the focus of attention. The look is a lot more edgier than what she normally wears. She also wore that same dress later on at Live with Regis and Kelly. When a dress is that beautiful, why change?
Brooklyn Decker was also seen wearing the white version of the dress on Good Morning America. She added a green vest and nude pumps to her look to keep it casual.

Last week, Blake Lively revealed her new red hue at Time Magazine’s Most Influential People party in New York. Soon after, Scarlett Johansson decided to jump on the redhead wagon and revealed this edgy bob at the White House Correspondents dinner in Washington D.C.
I honestly prefer Blake Lively in her signature blonde hair, but she’ll definitely turn heads. As far as ScarJo, her hair color is a much deeper fire-engine red color and I think she can pull this look off better.
