Clinique is collaborating with Milly designer, Michelle Smith to start off their spring beauty collection with a 8-piece gift set including a free Milly cosmetics bag. It serves as a fold over clutch that to me gives off a retro vibe. Milly by Michelle Smith loves using colors of the rainbow in her clothing line so it makes perfect since to add a bit of her style to the cosmetics bag.
“Colour plays center stage in my collections,” said Michelle. “The bright, fun print of the new Milly for Clinique bag makes me excited for spring.”
The 8-piece set is free with any Clinique purchase of $25 or more and is available exclusively at Bloomingdales from Feb 7-21.
Bloomingdales will also celebrate this collaboration by hosting Girls’ Night Out this Thursday, February 11. Stop by and enjoy champagne, makeovers, and a mini fashion show. Michelle will be there too giving away an autographed cosmetic bag!
The event will take place in NYC at the 59th and Lexington Ave location at the Clinique counter from 5pm-7pm.

So, I tested out a new product from Clinique called Long Last Glosswear w/SPF 15 which states that the lipgloss juices up your lips for 8 hours. Now, I came across a lot of products that make promises such as this one and they don’t deliver. Since I do wear Clinique and so does my friends and family, I decided to take on the challenge and try it on myself. So this weekend, I went to a clinique counter and tested a sample on my lips. Now, if it actually stayed on for 8 hours, I would buy it. If NOT, I would be very, very disappointed because I like Clinique and most of their products.
The results:
Well, first off let me say that I’ve always been a fan of Clinique and I was quite impressed with this gloss. It didn’t stay on for 8 hours like it said; however, it stayed on my lips for 6 hours which is still pretty long. I’ve never had a lipgloss that stayed on for that long, so I decided to buy the product anyway. I would give this product a 4 out of 5 only because it didn’t stay on as long as it said it would but it’s still one gloss I would recommend. They have over 18 shades too from sheer to pigmented! Sunset is my favorite. Price: $14
