Forever 21 is stepping into the beauty world to launch a makeup line. With their stores selling so many fabulous trends, I think it’s wonderful to start a new venture such as a makeup collection. The line is called “Love & Beauty” and it has all the beauty essentials that are budget-friendly. Here’s a sneak peak of the not-yet-released makeup line.
