The original spa was launched in 1998 and named after the building’s former occupants. Founded in the philosophy of premium 100% natural essential oils all ingredients are organic, wild-crafted and fair trade botanicals with minimal use of preservatives. The products do NOT contain any parabens, petrochemicals, sulphates or artificial dyes or fragrances. There are no animal products in the ingredients except for organic beeswax and wildflower honey. Every product’s ingredients are sourced from the original walled garden at the original Cowshed spa in Somerset. We also love the cheeky product names like “Moody Cow” and “Knackered Cow”.

Eating for Beauty
I wanted to share with you some beauty tips that I found on the news yesterday. I was watching Good Day LA morning news and on the Style File section, beauty and health food expert, Kimberly Snyder gave some great tips and recipes on how to eat your way to beautiful skin. I was so impressed by some of her recipes that I decided to share them with you. She also mentioned her beauty product Essential Beauty, which keeps your skin looking young. It’s also a favorite for many celebrities. If I get the chance to try this product, I will definitely put up a review but for now, take a look at the two video clips of Kim Snyder’s beauty tips.

Finding skincare products that can deliver beautiful, healthy skin can be hard to find if you’re on a tight budget. I’ve come across several facial scrubs that cost an arm and a leg but it deliver great results which I expect since I’m pouring out twice as much than I would like to pay. It might not be as effective but it’s a good start. Also, be well advised before using any scrub especially if you have sensitive skin.
