Review: Olay Mascara + Makeup Remover

by Diana Ajih on September 16, 2008

Review: Olay Mascara + Makeup RemoverOlay is a product that I have used for my body and not for my face until now. Olay has introduced a new skincare product called Olay Mascara + Makeup Remover and well….. it does just that! It removes pore clogging makeup including waterproof mascara.

It did a good job removing my mascara and makeup. I was actually surprised on how well it removed my DiorShow mascara. Very impressive. The only negative I have with this Mascara + Makeup Remover is that it leaves your skin feeling oily. I don’t like that because I have oily skin and after using it, I was left with a disgusted feeling; however, this product is NOT a cleanser so after using it you can use your normal cleanser to clean your face properly. Overall, it does the job.

I would rate this product a 3.5/5. Check your local drugstore for this new Olay product.

So when I say “Hot Body Treatments”, I don’t mean it literally. You see, I have found some inexpensive, “Hot” products that will treat and pamper your skin. Here we go!

Pamper Your Skins Beauty With Hot Body TreatmentsOil of Olay is one of those products I can’t live without. I’ve use their products numerous times to moisturize my body and you can find their products at any drug store. They’re a great bargain. So, one way you can indulge into their products is to buy Olay Thermal Pedicure for feet. It saturates the feet and warms it up when it’s in contact with water keeping them relax. It’s an exfoliator too, which polishes away dry, cracked feet leaving it soft and smooth. I use this once in a while after a long day at work. It’s great to pamper your feet with and it’s inexpensive.

Johnson and Johnson is another great inexpensive product I use from time to time.Pamper Your Skins Beauty With Hot Body Treatments They have a new product called Johnson’s Soft Oil Melt Away Stress Massaging Moisturizer. It’s great to use for the back, the legs, or any other body parts we won’t mention. The moisturizer has a fragrance blend of chammomile and lavender which is known to soothe the body and melt away stress. It very light, and non-greasy and it restores the skin to its original softness, and beauty.

If you really want to pamper your face, I would highly recommend Philosophy’s MicroDelivery Exfoliating Wash. I got a sample of this when I bought products from sephora and it’s lovely on my skin. It is a mild wash and exfoliator that cleanse the skin thoroughly. My face feels so soft and clean after using it. I like it because it’s not harsh on my face. It’s very gentle and it would be great for anyone who struggles with acne too. I pamper myself a few times a week with this stuff.

So, take some time out of the day to pamper yourself at home with these great products. Enjoy!
