Just a week ago I announced that H&M and TopShop is stepping into beauty. Well it seems that they’re not the only ones dipping into the beauty world. Footwear retailer, Payless has announced an extensive beauty line that will launch September 1.

Hmm.. Do I really want to buy makeup from Payless?

The line will be under brand names such as  Zoe & Zac and Unforgettable moments which will  feature bath and body products, lotions, fragrances, creams, nail polish, and even makeup.

“Payless is really all about inspiring possibilities in fashion in footwear and accessories. We’ve had a lot of progress expanding our accessories line with handbags, sunglasses and hats [in 2009]. We feel that this is a product that our customers would appreciate as well.”

Well one thing I like so far is the price. The beauty line will range from $2.99 to $19.99.
