For the “best of 2009″, here are my favorite blushes and shades for perfect rosy cheeks. Many of the products shown above are quite popular and can work for any skintone (Ex: Benetint, Smashbox O-glow, Tarte Natural Cheek Stain, and Stila Gel Cheek Color); but, which ones are the best at giving your cheeks a nice glow?

Lately, I’ve come across some great finds online and in stores that are budget friendly. I’m not letting the recession stop me from shopping and you shouldn’t either.
