Forever 21 Twist introduces a whimsical, circus-inspired theme to their new limited-edition collection called Cirque 21. Get ready to see sassy frocks, tulle skirts, fancy tees, oversized polka dots, checkers, puffy dresses, and cropped jackets. It is such a fun and playful collection. There’s already a couple of outfits I really want to get my hands on. The exclusive Cirque 21 Collection launched today on the Forever 21 website.
