Beauty Review: Does Clarsskin Underarm Cleanser Actually Work?

I hate it when my favorite blouse gets ruin because of pit stains and I always asked myself, “Is there a cleanser out there that’s made specifically for the underarms?” My question has finally been answered thanks to my discovery of Clarsskin Underarm Cleanser.

Here’s what it claims straight from the website:

Clarsskin Underarm Cleanser contains a unique patent pending combination of an effective chelating agent with special agents. This complex mixture is specifically designed to remove antiperspirant deodorant residue, efficiently and mildly. So what’s so special about chelating agents? Chelating agents have the capability of penetrating the residue left behind by antiperspirant deodorants — including the metallic salts they are made of! They do one thing and do it well! Clarsskin Underarm Cleanser is particularly effective with ingredients that are unusually mild but contain no sulfates, paraben and DEA.

Clarsskin is pretty much a body wash that’s made specially for your underarm to remove any traces of deodorant residue that your normal body wash can’t. I always struggled with removing deodorant residue from my underarms. No matter how long or how hard you scrub you are still left with traces.

My review: After using the cleanser for a couple of weeks, I realized that it truly does work. My underarms feel different so I did notice an effect. The cleanser was able to remove the excess deodorant from my armpits and it felt clean. The packaging is very nice and easy to use too. You just open the cleanser and squeeze. That’s it! The one thing I disliked though is the price. For $22, I feel it’s a bit pricey for such a small bottle (4 oz). I wish it was a little bit bigger; but, it’s worth it in the end if you are tired of seeing yellow pit stains all over your favorite blouses and shirts. Overall I give this cleanser a 4/5.
