New Fragrance From Bond No. 9- Astor Place
I’ve been hearing a lot of noise about Bond No. 9 fragrances and its popularity. The New York based company decided to create a series of colognes that represents different New York City neighborhoods. From Andy Warhol Lexington Avenue to the buroughs of Brooklyn, Bond No. 9 gives us scents and styles of “The City” including unique bottle designs that marks every neighborhood as its own.
The first time I saw Bond No. 9 I couldn’t stop raving about how artistic and beautiful the bottles were. There gorgeous. The design I like the most is Bond No. 9 Astor Place that is soon to be released in April 2009. This new fragrance was inspired by Tony Rosenthal’s “Alamo” a rotating sculpture on Lafayette St. and 8th St. known as “Astor Place Cube.” Astor Place is a unisex fragrance with a feminine touch. Developed by Laurent LeGuernec, Astor Place incudes scents of violet leaf, mandarin zest, freesia, red poppy buds, iris root, teakwood, musk and amber.
Bond No. 9 Astor Place will launch in April and is available in 50 ml ($145), 100 ml ($220) Eau de Perfum and a 100ml limited edition fragrance with Swarovski crystals for $300.
