Trend Report: Hot White Nails

February 21, 2013

white nails trend

The minimalist trend has been gaining momentum since last year so neutral colors like white nail polish for spring isn’t a huge shock. White nails were seen all over the spring/summer 2013 runway shows from Karen Walker to Rag & Bone. Soft milky shades were seen at Marc Jacobs, pure whites at Rag & Bone, and the un-done french manicure at Chanel. This season’s toned down nail look is the new cool!

My picks!

1. Butter London Pearly Queen- A winter white with an added pearl sheen.

1. Orly White Out Mini- Super white, white covering white.

3. RGB Nail Color in White- A high shine white polish with gray undertones.

4. Essie Marshmallow Nail Polish- A sheer white perfect for a french manicure.
