  1. Planning ahead really is the key. Wether that planning be getting more sleep or prepping stuff for school the night before, you need to have a plan


  2. To keep mornings less stressful I get everything together the night before and set it by the door. That way we’re not all running around looking for things instead of chilling out over breakfast.

  4. Do as much the night before a school day as you can. Get homeworks and books into backpacks. Set out tomorrow’s clothing. Set the table for tomorrow’s breakfast!

  5. I love to snuggle up in our overstuffed chair with only some candles burning. I then listen to my favorite jazz CD’s. Nothing takes away the stress like the blues!

  7. Making a list and putting it on the refrigertor of all of the things you have to do and when you have to do them by is very helpful. That way things don’t sneak up on you.
