Do you suffer from extreme dryness or suffer from a skin disease or infection? Skin Peeling can make you feel uncomfortable and while there are several things you can do to stop it, it’s better to just avoid it and find a preventive solution. Don’t worry, this post is not only on prevention. I’ll show you a trick that I’ve used to heal my past troubles of peeling skin.
How do I stop my skin from peeling?
At home remedies have been helpful for several of my past skin ailments. First, purchase fresh mint juice at your local health food store. Mint juice is known to heal skin ailments such as eczema and dermatitis. Next, apply the mint juice on the affective area(s) every night and wash off the next morning. This is a great trick to deal with skin peeling and help prevent future dryness.
In addition to this trick, here are 5 things to note:
- Drink plenty of water daily
- Moisturize the skin at least twice a day
- Wear sunscreen
- NEVER PICK AT YOUR PEELING SKIN!
- If your skin doesn’t clear up after a week, then maybe it’s time you visit a dermatologist.
I hope you enjoyed this beauty tip of the week!
