Madonna Dolce & Gabbana Eyewear Collection

Madonna just never stops working! According to WWD, Madonna has teamed up with Dolce & Gabbana for an Eyewear Collection called MDG. She’s also the new face of Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer and the upcoming Fall/Winter 2010 campaign.

She co-designed six pairs of sunglasses that features a MDG logo laser-etched on the arm with a large M standing out. Luxottica will produce and distribute the shades which will retail from $248 to $289. The Eyewear Collection will be carried at all Dolce & Gabbana stores worldwide, Sunglass Hut, and at selected sunglasses stores in May 2010.

“We’re so excited. This further strengthens our relationship with Madonna, and it was a very constructive experience for us, ” mused Gabbana in an exclusive interview. “[Madonna] is very exacting and a professional who seeks perfection in everything she does, and this was no exception.”
