Styles of Yoga

If you’re new to yoga, you’ll probably need help deciding which style of yoga to start with. Below are a few of the most popular styles of yoga today:

Bikram yoga is practiced in a heated room and consist of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.

Hatha yoga is a style of yoga that is more slow-paced and involves simple breathing exercises and seated meditation.

Iyengar yoga is a form of hatha yoga, but has more of an emphasis on alignment and perfecting the poses.

Vinyasa yoga focuses on synchronizing breathing and movement but, is also know for it’s fast-pased, fitness approach.
