Charlotte Tilbury has also partnered with Shoprunner to offer Shoprunner members to enjoy their shipping benefits on Charlotte Tilbury. Those benefits include 2-day free shipping. For all orders over $500, a signature is required upon delivery.
Return Policy
Charlotte Tilbury has a free return policy for US customers if you send back your unused and gently used items using their prepaid shipping label within 30 days from the purchase date of your order. Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account. After 30 days from the purchase date, you can not return your order for a full refund.
