New Balanceactually has free shipping this holiday season in the United States. New Balance offers free ground shipping for all US customers for order over $50. If you their rewards program, MyNB Rewards, you get free shipping on all orders as well as $5 off for every $100 spent and more. If you want to expedite your shipping, you may do so but at an additional cost.
Return Policy
New Balance usually has a policy of 30 days to return items, but for the holidays, they have a free extended return policy for US customers to send back their unwanted items (still in new condition) by January 31, 2022 with the original receipt or gift receipt in store or pre-paid shipping label via mail for a full refund.
