I created a little office in my home and it has helped me become more organized and focused on workdays. I feel like I’m getting a lot more work done because I created a structured environment that works for me. As much as I love working from home, I still like to spend time at a coffee shop or at my local library because sometimes, I need more human interaction or just a change of scenery.
With any long workday, I’ve found that having little pick-me-ups are essential to helping me stay focused and productive.
I usually have a cup of joe with a small meal around 7 am and when it hits 10:00 – 10:30 am, I’m hungry again. I always prepare some healthy snacks like almonds, cheese, and my latest favorite Del Monte Fruit Refreshers.
Del Monte Fruit Refreshers are a modern, delightful twist on fruit cups that combine exciting fruits with delicious slightly sweetened fruit water. They’re made just for adults and comes in two unique and delicious new flavors: Pineapple with Passion Fruit Flavor and Mandarin Oranges with Coconut Water.
Fruit is always a healthy choice and these fruit cups are the perfect summer snack with its mouthwatering flavor combinations. I like that the fruit water is light and not too sweet and the chunks of fruits are so juicy and refreshing. It keeps me coming back for more.
Del Monte Fruit Refreshers contain one serving of fruit, with no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners, no GMOs, and are BPA intent-free and with 100 calories or less per serving.
My next work break is always around 3pm because by that time, my attention span is starting to diminish. To perk myself back up, I’ll break out a couple of magazines and look through them for inspiration on my next project, make a to-do list or I’ll step outside and get some fresh air. I’ll even have another snack if my stomach is crying for it.
The next time you head towards the fruit cup aisle this summer, make sure to pick up the new Del Monte Fruit Refreshers. They’re now available nationwide.
What’s your time to refresh?
