Starting a blog over 10 years ago was one of the best decisions, financially, that I ever made. One of the perks of having a blog is being able to work from home, and I’m so grateful for that.
There’s so much freedom with it, too. However, this freedom can also come with distractions and procrastinating on work-related projects and tasks. Once I created a solid structure for my day-to-day, I was able to get more work done and improve my productivity.
Today, I’m sharing how I structure my day when I work from home.
My morning routine (8:00am-9:30am)
My morning routine is the most essential part of the day because it gives me clarity on all the things I need to accomplish. I also feel good, energetic and happy once I wake up.
I’ll start the day doing some light stretching, making breakfast, reading the news and doing a bit of visualization. One morning ritual I adopted recently is drinking a tall glass of cold water and taking a daily probiotic like Renew Life® Ultimate Flora™ Women’s Care Probiotic to get my gut health in check right from the start.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about probiotics and how it’s great for digestion, bloating, improving mood, boosting energy, and just the overall body. So, I purchased a bottle of Renew Life Women’s Care at my local Sam’s Club. I always enjoy exploring their beauty and health aisles because they sell just about everything, making shopping super convenient. I also love that it’s a 90-count bottle because I don’t have to shop for a new one every month. Save $6 instantly when you purchase from Sam’s Club now through March 24th.
Renew Life Women’s Care comes with 25 billion live cultures and 10 specifically selected probiotic strains per capsule, easily making it the #1 Women’s Probiotic (based on unit sales). Not only does it encourage good gut health by keeping your digestive system healthy and strong, it supports immune and vaginal health, too. I make it a habit to take one daily, along with other vitamins and dietary supplements, no matter how busy I am.
After I’m done with my morning routine, I start getting to work. I focus on admin stuff first like checking emails, editing my blog calendar, or any small task I can knock out quickly. I then take out my planner and the to-do list I prepped the day before and start working on big tasks/projects. This lasts about 3 hours with mini breaks in between.
Mid-Day Break (1:00pm-2:00pm)
I usually schedule a lunch break around this time to keep myself feeling good. Since taking the probiotic for the past 2 weeks, there’s already a significant difference in my overall health. I have noticed less bloating after eating and I feel more energized than ever to tackle the rest of the day!
Finishing Up Work/Tasks (2:00pm-3:30pm)
I try and finish up all the tasks I have written down on my to-do list. Whatever is left over, I add it to the following day’s list and highlight any task that is a priority.
It’s always important to me to set a time on when I’m going to stop and shut off because I don’t want to push myself too much to the point my work starts looking sloppy. Once my work day is over, I still have enough energy to head to the gym and run a few errands.
I made a few lifestyle changes this year to stick to my health goals, and one of those changes is incorporating probiotics into my diet. I never knew taking a daily probiotic would have such a powerful effect on my health and wellness.
Sam’s Club is the only place you can find Renew Life Women’s Care 90-count bottles, so don’t forget to look for it the next time you shop there.
I hope my daily work-from-home routine can help you structure your day-to-day so you can get more work done. Cheers to a happy, healthy and more productive new year!
