Putting My Best Face Forward in 2018 With Olay Skin Advisor

My skin changes with the seasons so when winter arrived, I updated my skincare routine by replacing products that no longer worked anymore. Having a good skincare regimen is a must for me, especially if I want to put my best face forward in the new year.
Before I start any new routine, I first need to figure out what products work for me. I recently got the chance to test out Olay Skin Advisor, a free tool that analyzes your skin and recommends the right products to use. You’ve seen me rave about Olay in the past and now with this new tool, I no longer have to guess on the right Olay products for my face.
Olay Skin Advisor is an amazing tool that takes a photo of your face and gives you the approximate age of your skin. This helps determine the exact products my skin needs.
I went to the Olay Skin Advisor website on my phone and followed the directions. The first step is taking the selfie.
As instructed, I took off all my makeup, pulled my hair away from my face and gave a neutral expression for the perfect selfie (Note: I had to move around a bit for the best lighting).
The tool scans and analyzes my skin aging zones from the pic. I was then prompted with questions about my skin concerns and the products I’m currently using.
I was really impressed on how detailed the Olay Skin Advisor tool was. It acknowledged my skin concerns before recommending Olay products that would address them. I really liked that!
Finally the results! My skin age is 34 which is actually how old I am. I will admit I was a tad disappointment because I was hoping it would say late 20’s. Now I know I need to step up my skincare game. It even told me my best zone and what area I should focus on the most. Thanks to Olay, now I’m able to take much better care of my skin.
