As always, my moscow mules are always refreshing and with summer coming up, I decided to add a fun twist to my recipe by including pineapples. For those that don’t know what a moscow mule is, I’ll give you the 411. A traditional Moscow Mule is a cocktail made with a high-quality vodka, a spicy ginger beer, and lime juice, garnished with a slice or wedge of lime.
Since pineapples taste so good with vodka and is my favorite summer fruit, making a pineapple moscow mule version was a complete no-brainer for me. It’s the perfect summer drink that’s full of tropical goodness.

My moscow mule wouldn’t be complete without a copper mug to sip from. It makes the mules more authentic and your guest will love sipping from these at summer parties. I purchase all of my copper mugs from this company on Amazon because they sell authentic mugs with no inner linings. It has a strong, hard riveted copper handle and the mug itself can be custom engraved by your local engraving shop for a personalized feel.
I hope you find this Pineapple Moscow Mule the perfect summer party cocktail! Check out my other moscow mule recipes here!
