Zara actually has free shipping in the United States nationwide. Zara offers free ground shipping for all US customers on orders over $50 and are full-price items. If you want to expedite your shipping, you may do so but at an additional cost. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $4.95. You also have the option to choose free pickup at a Zara store in the U.S.
Return Policy
Zara has a free return policy for US customers if you send back your unwanted items using their prepaid shipping label within 30 days from the purchase date of your order. Exceptions are underwear. You can return to any store, by mail or at a drop point. After 30 days from the purchase date, you can not return your order for a full refund.
