It’s blood orange season (Yay!) which always gives me an excuse to make one of my favorite cocktail recipes: Blood Orange and Ginger Ale Mimosa Cocktail. This fresh sparkling mimosa features blood orange juice, ginger ale, and a touch of white sparkling wine. It taste so sweet and delicious! I make it for friends and family all the time and they love it. It’s also really simple and quick to relax after work.
