Dry skin is almost unavoidable in the winter. I’ve tested several lotions and moisturizers, but this one lotion has impressed me the most and it’s from Vaseline. It’s actually more of a serum for the body. That’s right, a serum “for the body” and heals even the most roughest skin.  Vaseline’s new serum-based lotion, called Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Healing Serum, has filled me with awe and amazement, because finally there’s a body moisturizer that heals my dry skin instead of temporarily soothing it.

This new product range from Vaseline moisturizes to visibly heal dry skin by 10x over time. It’s a powerful formula with three superior quality ingredients that work together to reverse dry skin damage. The PPAR Activators penetrate the surface skin to replenish lipids and moisturizes to boost the skin’s renewal cycle. Micro-droplets of Vaseline Jelly are added to form a protective layer on the skin’s surface to prevent loss of moisture. Elastomers deliver a luxurious silky, smooth product feel.

The Healing Serum comes in three new variants:

  • Advanced Relief- moisturizes to heal and calm severely dry skin
  • Radiance Restore- moisturizes to heal and restore radiance to dull, dry skin
  • Deep Repair- Deeply moisturizes to heal rough cracked skin

My review: I’ve tested all three of the new Vaseline Intensive Care Healing Serums for about a week now. Each one provided a different kind of relief depending on the severity of skin dryness. I suffer the most dryness on my legs. My legs become really dry and itchy post-shower even after I apply lotion. I was able to calm my skin down with Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Repair Healing Serum. Right off the bat, I was blown away at how soft if made my skin feel and I just love the scent. The Deep Repair formula has notes of amber, jasmine, and sandalwood. Sounds amazing, right? I also like that it sinks in quickly and leaves a non-greasy finish. I’m so happy to find a product that’s perfect for my everyday skin care this winter.

All the Vaseline Intensive Care Healing Serums are now available at drugstores and mass retailers nationwide for $7.99.
