Want to know my secret to a smooth, comfortable shave? A sharp razor of course and a rich shaving cream – specifically one that doesn’t foam because foam dries out the skin. One of my favorites is from Lush because the creams are packed with ingredients that leave my skin feeling clean, soft and smelling fantastic. It gives me the perfect shave every time; however, there’s one small problem…. it can be expensive. I thought to myself, why not make a homemade version? I made some for my brother and he even loves it! My diy shaving cream left him with a soft, smooth and refreshed face with no razor-burn. Since Christmas is around the corner, I thought I’d make a holiday-inspired version using rosemary. I also added tea tree oil because it creates a refreshing fragrance experience.
