Ok… I’ll admit, I’m totally in love with coffee. Sure you can say it’s an obsession but its definitely not the most problematic thing in the world. Coffee brewing it’s a part of my daily morning routine and something I look forward to the minute I wake up.

Superfoods I Add In My Coffee
1. Almond Milk
Drinking it black is too extreme for me, so unsweetened vanilla almond milk is how I like it. I sometimes sweeten it with a sugar substitute, but if I’m enjoying my coffee with a small pastry, I have no need for it.
A few dashes of ground cinnamon adds amazing cinnamon-y flavor to my morning joe while helping to keep blood sugar levels balanced.
