If loving coffee is wrong, I don’t want to be right. Coffee is an essential part of my day and it makes me feel happy. I’m always thinking of unique ways to incorporate coffee into my meals. For example, the other day I had a delicious a coffee cupcake from one of my favorite bakeries and it tasted like heaven because the coffee aroma was strong and each bite was so sweet and flavorful.

I love that there are countless varieties of flavors and ways to make it. Now that spring has sprung, I’ve been drinking more ice coffee and each drink hasn’t always been a pleasant experience. Sometimes the coffee is weak and the one thing I hate most is diluted coffee. Surprisingly, I found an awesome recipe using iced coffee cubes on Kiran Turan and put my own spin on it which to me is a much easier solution to strengthen weak coffee.
