I’ve always been a fan of Weight Watchers as it has helped me lose weight in the past. I love them even more now since launching their Freestyle program. I lot of my favorite foods are 0-2 points so I could make low point meals without the guilt especially with an Instant Pot. Even better if you’re on Weight Watchers and do meal prep. My Instant Pot saves me soooo much time (and energy!). If you don’t have one yet, this is the one I have and I definitely recommend it. If you have a large family, you might want to try this one instead, or if you’re cooking for two, the smaller one may be sufficient. I like the 6qt even for two people because you can make a batch ahead of time and save half of it for another meal.
