When you’re stuck inside with no access to a gym it’s still important for you to get a workout in as often as you would have in your normal day to day life. You may even find that it becomes part of your daily ritual. But, chances are if you’re used to going to the gym you don’t have any equipment to work out with at home. That’s ok! You can still get a great workout in from home without any equipment.
